1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on dan555, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you ("Player", "User", "you") enter into a binding legal agreement with dan555 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") and unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access. Use of the Platform via a mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other permitted interface is equally governed by these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and dan555.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Withdrawal of funds is conditional upon successful completion of KYC. Accepted identity documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on dan555 at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dan555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all wagers, and forfeit all balances including winnings and bonus funds.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. dan555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your account remains accurate and current. Failure to maintain accurate account information, or the provision of false information, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

dan555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on your location or account status and is subject to change.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. dan555 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance in real time, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of KYC identity verification;
• Satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements;
• Withdrawal to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible;

4.4 Currency

The Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as its base currency for local payment methods. USDT transactions are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. dan555 is not responsible for currency fluctuations affecting USDT deposits or withdrawals.

4.5 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute against a legitimate deposit made to dan555 constitutes fraudulent behaviour and a material breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, dan555 reserves the right to suspend the account, void all associated wagers and winnings, and pursue recovery of the disputed funds through appropriate legal channels.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

dan555 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual terms and conditions including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry periods. These terms are stated on the Promotions page at the time the offer is made.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal request will be approved. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and maximum bet size while a bonus is active are all specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

dan555 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation of multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, and any coordinated strategy designed to generate guaranteed profit from promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and associated funds forfeited.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

dan555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion prior to its modification retain the terms applicable at the time of opt-in, subject to any overriding legal or licensing obligation.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Accepted Wagers

All wagers placed on the dan555 Platform are subject to minimum and maximum stake limits as displayed at the point of bet placement. Wagers that exceed applicable limits may be voided at the discretion of dan555 without prior notice.

6.2 Game Integrity and RNG

All casino games offered on the dan555 Platform use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. 6.3 Sports Betting

If a technical fault or error caused an incorrect game or bet outcome, dan555 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dan555 Platform:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating more than one account or accessing another player's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform;

• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction in violation of applicable anti-money laundering laws;

• Using VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by dan555;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal functioning of the Platform or negatively affects other players' experience.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the dan555 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, interface design, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of dan555 or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of dan555.

The dan555 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

9. Privacy & Data

dan555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and where you have consented, marketing communications. dan555 does not sell personal data to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dan555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

dan555 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

In any event, the total aggregate liability of dan555 to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by Player

You may close your dan555 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal limits and KYC clearance.

11.2 Termination by dan555

dan555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

Where an account is terminated due to a material breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including winnings derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity — may be forfeited at the discretion of dan555.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dan555 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dan555 internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
